Niklas Andersson

Niklas brings extensive experience in supporting Nordic industrial clients with M&A activities across Central & Eastern Europe. He has advised Boards of Directors, management teams, entrepreneurs, and business angels throughout the entire acquisition process. In addition, Niklas has been deeply involved in the greenfield establishment of numerous subsidiaries throughout the region.

Ivan Hanamov

Ivan is an experienced IT entrepreneur with a strong background in leading international projects across sectors such as telecom, banking, insurance, and energy. He has co-founded and managed several IT companies, often collaborating with Nordic firms. Early in his career, Ivan also gained valuable experience in business development and project management for global IT and telecom providers.
